Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate receives awards Seven local real estate brokers at Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate were recently honored for their 2016 production with- in the Coldwell Banker global network. Of the approximately 88,000 Coldwell Banker Asso- ciates worldwide, Dave Forsberg and Dennis Pease were awarded the International Sterling Soci- ety Award, placing them in the top 17 percent internationally in terms of productivity. Diana Hackett, Alice Burns and Wanda Johnson were awarded the International Di- amond Society Award, placing them in the top 11 percent. Shirley Hunt and Rick Cox re- ceived the coveted distinction of International President’s Circle, placing them in the top 6 per- cent of Coldwell Banker Associ- ates worldwide. Also in 2016, Andy Johnson, owner and principal broker of the local firm received the “Of- fice Manager’s Award for Excel- lence,” a distinction presented only 207 of the 3000 Coldwell Banker office managers world- wide. Also, the local firm gar- nered top distinction among the region as a “Premier Office” recognized as a top producing company for its size. “In small town Florence, to have seven of our brokers re- ceive such coveted recognition in the Coldwell banker system is truly a rare and extraordinary achievement,” said Johnson. “It is no doubt is a by-product of their tireless work ethic and an outstanding ability to connect with people and serve their needs.” One particular achievement Johnson noted was that Hunt just started with the firm in Jan- uary of 2016, and in her first full year she catapulted to the top of and on this year’s Community Service Day.
