Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate receives awards
Seven local real estate brokers
at Coldwell Banker Coast Real
Estate were recently honored
for their 2016 production with-
in the Coldwell Banker global
network. Of the approximately
88,000 Coldwell Banker Asso-
ciates worldwide, Dave Forsberg
and Dennis Pease were awarded
the International Sterling Soci-
ety Award, placing them in the
top 17 percent internationally in
terms of productivity.
Diana Hackett, Alice Burns
and Wanda Johnson were
awarded the International Di-
amond Society Award, placing
them in the top 11 percent.
Shirley Hunt and Rick Cox re-
ceived the coveted distinction of
International President’s Circle,
placing them in the top 6 per-
cent of Coldwell Banker Associ-
ates worldwide.
Also in 2016, Andy Johnson,
owner and principal broker of
the local firm received the “Of-
fice Manager’s Award for Excel-
lence,” a distinction presented
only 207 of the 3000 Coldwell
Banker office managers world-
wide. Also, the local firm gar-
nered top distinction among
the region as a “Premier Office”
recognized as a top producing
company for its size.
“In small town Florence, to
have seven of our brokers re-
ceive such coveted recognition
in the Coldwell banker system
is truly a rare and extraordinary
achievement,” said Johnson. “It
is no doubt is a by-product of
their tireless work ethic and an
outstanding ability to connect
with people and serve their
needs.”
One particular achievement
Johnson noted was that Hunt
just started with the firm in Jan-
uary of 2016, and in her first full
year she catapulted to the top of
and on this year’s Community
Service Day. Brokers will spend
the day tending to the garden
and harvesting food.
