Bids to be delivered to City of Florence City Hall 250 Hwy 101, Florence, OR 97439, and then publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the deadline for submis- sion of bids. The City of Florence may reject any bid not in compli- ance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and re- quirements, and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon a fi nding by the City of Florence that it is in the public interest to do so.
