She must pay $2,405 in fines and must report to treatment. She must complete 80 hours of community service and her driver’s license is suspended for one year. Alejandro Alaniz pleaded no contest to serving without an Oregon Liquor Control Commission License. He must pay $500. Timothy Craig Duke Sr. pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended driver’s license. He must pay $625 in fines. Anahi Dejesus pleaded guilty to theft. He was sen- tenced to five days in Florence City Jail. He must pay $559 in fines and not contact or be in or about the premises or place of employment of the victim. Tyler Preston Scott pleaded no contest to improper use of 911. He was sentenced to one day in Florence City Jail and must report to treatment. He must pay $400 in fines.
