Tax assistance will be pro- vided in the Bromley Room at the Siuslaw Public Library, every Monday and Thursday from Feb. 2 through April 13. Assistance will also be avail- able on Saturday, April 15, from 9:15 a.m. until 2 p.m. Individuals are asked to bring their 2015 tax return, a photo ID, social security card, 2016 tax and medical docu- ments, including Medicare, pri- vate, and their medical insur- ance information. This service is provided free of charge to residents of all ages with low or moderate income levels.
