P IRATES Tuesday, Siuslaw made quick work of visiting Marshfield, sinking the Pirates 25-12, 25-11, 25-13. Even with junior starting libero Maci Wells out of the line-up that night with an injury, Siuslaw’s defense remained strong with solid work from sophomore McKenzie Colton, who came in for Wells. In addition, senior outside hitter sen- ior Claire Waggoner moved to the bench for a bit after being struck in the face by a teammate’s foot.
