C OLDWELL B ANKER C OAST R EAL E STATE – N EWS & N OTES Seven Coldwell Banker brokers honored Seven local real estate brokers at Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate were recently honored for their 2015 production within the Coldwell Banker system. Of the approximately 85,000 Coldwell Banker associates worldwide, Chuck Gesik and Lynnette Wikstrom were awarded the International Sterling Society Award, plac- ing them in the top 17 percent in terms of productivity. Dave Forsberg, Dennis Pease and Diana Hackett were awarded the International Diamond Society Award, placing them in the top 12 percent. Wanda Johnson and Rick Cox received the coveted distinction of International President’s Circle, placing them in the top 6 percent of Coldwell Banker Associates worldwide. Also in 2015, Andy Johnson, owner and principal broker of the local firm, received the “Office Manager’s Award for Excellence,” a distinction presented to only 213 of the 2,966 Coldwell Banker office managers worldwide. And lastly, the local firm garnered top distinction among the region as a “Premier Office” recognized as a top producing company for its size. “In small-town Florence, to have seven of our brokers receive such coveted recog- nition in the Coldwell banker system is truly a rare and extraordinary achieve- ment,” said Johnson. “It is no doubt a by- product of their tireless work ethic and an outstanding ability to connect with people and serve their needs.” Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate, one of Florence’s longest established local businesses, is located at 100 Highway 101.
