More than 30 actors performed monologues and group sketches about fitting in, standing out, clothing choices and what exactly they wear under their hoodies. One vignette portrayed a modern version of Hans Christian Andersen’s “The Emperor’s New Clothes.” Students also ran the show backstage and helped with the design of the set, lights and sound. Eddie Mielke, drama instructor for Siuslaw Middle and High schools, directed the show.
