President Taylor Appoints Commit tees for Tots Annual Event. Always strung on timely and in formative statistics, the Oregon Voter publishes a table showing the comparative ability of members in getting bills through the recent Oregon legislature. Ritner and Dodd from this county are rated pretty well up. Ritner introduced 15 bills and 10 were passed giving him a percentage of 67. Dodd In troduced nine bills and seven were passed a percentage of 78. Browne!! came to bat with only one measure and it failed of pas sage, so that his percentage is lero; but then, Brownell may have thought that Oregon already had plenty of laws of every kind and description. On the whole, the record of the Umatilla county mem bers is good one in a legislature which is generally commended as better than average and which kept within, the six percent limitation.
