    IT STUDS THE TEST
The WILLYS OVERLAND has stood the
test against all competition and has proven to be
the most serviceable, car on the market. In select
ing a motor car bear in mind that you are buying a
machine. The service it will give you depends'first
of all upon the motor. For on the life of the motor
depends most largely the life of the car. Tower is
imperative. Flexibility is necessary to convenience
in operation. Quietness in operation is important,
for quietness is truest proof of absence of wear.
Simplicity of design, and freedom from complication
insures low cost of upkeep, makes little attention
necessary. Economy of operation, small consump
tion of gasoline and oil means low running expense.
These qualities and the proportions in which they
are found determine the value of an Overland mo
torcar. These cars are going on the market at the
rate of

Remember you have twenty-eight dirferent models
to select from. .
Come in and look over the list and select your

Always strung on timely and in
formative statistics, the Oregon
Voter publishes a table showing
the comparative ability of members
in getting bills through the recent
Oregon legislature. Ritner and
Dodd from this county are rated
pretty well up. Ritner introduced
15 bills and 10 were passed giving
him a percentage of 67. Dodd In
troduced nine bills and seven were
passed a percentage of 78.
Browne!! came to bat with only
one measure and it failed of pas
sage, so that his percentage is
lero; but then, Brownell may have
thought that Oregon already had
plenty of laws of every kind and
description. On the whole, the
record of the Umatilla county mem
bers is good one in a legislature
which is generally commended as
better than average and which
kept within, the six percent limitation.
