Every feature that has served to em phasize the Gentry Shows in tbe past years is retained, with a number of new ones that exhibit substantial growt'i and importance in the entertainment world. It is not so many vears ago that the same organiza ion came heralded as something out of the ordinary, camping in a modest way on lots ttiat have since been covered with bin buildings, but were the same spaces vacant now they would not serve to accommodate the single tent in which th ring perform ance is g.ven, so much has the show outgrown its original intention. It is a substantial city of tents that is required today to house the Gentry Shows and the reason for the larger importance of tbe exhibition that is given lies in tbe reputation that lias been established for redeeming promises tor novelty and quality. Saturday morning will see the arrival 01 Gentry Bros.' Shows and the juveniles of Heppner will be introduced to the arjimal section of the show. Shortly be fore noon the gilt and tinsel g!ones of the street parade will eclipse th hap penings of any dar before and the after noon with an accompaniment of ideal weather will see the fulfillment of tbe pledgee of tbe billboards.
