It io guaranteed Cures Backache Corrects Irregularities Do not risk having Bright's Disease or Diabetes Notwithstanding the fact that the attorneys for Antone Wolte, plaintiff in the suit brought against the county judge to restrain him from issuing the prohibition pro clamation tomorrow, made a spec ial flying trip to Heppner yester day armed with the complaint and petition aud injuction for the re straining order Judge Bean refnsed to issue thetemporary order as prayed for by the plaintiff and there will be nothing to prevent Judge Gilliland of the county court from issuinc the proclamation to day putting into effect the prohi bition in Umatilla county as voted at the recent election. Ihe complaint in this suit was filed yesterday morning by Eichard & Raley and Lowell & iVinters, and immediately after the filing Messrs. Richards and Winter char tered an automobile and hit the hill road for Heppner to present the matter to Judge Bean who is holding court in that county this week and if possible to get an in- juction from the court restraining Judge Gilliland from issuing the proclamation which is required by the local option law and which is due today. The Pendieton attorneys did not get to present their case to Judge Bean until about 5 o'clock yester day afternoon and after tdey had set the merits of their contentions on behalf of the bhIoou interests before the court and asked for the restraining order the court refused to grant it, but promised the at torneys that he would give them a hearing; on the merits before the! first of July, when the saloons must close. rendleton Tribune.
