Fred Waymire was tried for a?au)t jrith a dangerous weapon 'and convicted. The case of Lewis vs Lewis whiph has been tjrice to the supreme court was tried and judge ment rendered for plfT. An unusual amount of interest has been manifested during this term and still continues. The Court House most of be time is full, and in one instance we noticed the presence of laoles.
