PROF. CONDON'S LECTURE.
In a poem entitled “ Hoosier M ary” which
we published in our forty-fifth number the
. word “ Snllapo" should rend “ .Sallapa” and
the last clause of the last line of the sixth
stanza should read “ All dead or mothers,”
instead of “ All dead mothers” as we gave it.
As corrected this stanza reads:

And clouds of winter sweep along
A thousand leagues of angry skies -
between my Mary and my song!
