Mr. O. J. Foss, manager for Ore gon, of the .National fraternity Building and Loan Association, of , Butte, Montana, is in the city for the purpose of organizing a local branch in Albany, the asso;:ia' tion has an authorized capital of llM.OOO.OOJand men of well known reliability are at its head. The Albany Budding and Loan Asso ciation has done much toward aiding in bit Id ng opera' ions and a branch of a tellable association like this one of Butte, would no doubt also pive beneficial. O. K.
