To Organize a Branch In Albany.
Mr. O. J. Foss, manager for Ore
gon, of the .National fraternity
Building and Loan Association, of ,
Butte, Montana, is in the city for
the purpose of organizing a local
branch in Albany, the asso;:ia'
tion has an authorized capital of

Albany Budding and Loan Asso
ciation has done much toward
