The Ashland Valley Record savs that Chief Engineer Hood and party, who have been surveying in Cow creek cai yon for a month 01 so, have established a new route. It will require 17 miles of new track and one J5 i-fooi tunnel. About 1000 men will be put to work on the new road bed July 1st.
