There is no doubt of the fact that the whole wheat of this valley requires a radical change, in order to bring it back to what it was ten years ago. If we keep on as at present, growing the same wheat, in a few years more there will be nothing left for the mi'ls to grind but a thidik husk. The flour products will be so weak and pcor that we will be unable to I liinl a market for them.
