During the year a craze ; for the acquirement of such lands ; has run through the Northwest, i and in Tillamook county hundreds of claims have been takt-n. The notices are printed for ten weeks, : and the charge is. ten dollars. The j Headlight frequently carried 150 to i 200 of these advertisements, which j meant a weekly income of $150 to i $200.
