Learson con tinued his testimony to-day before the Parnell commission during the controversy regarding the admis sion of certain evidence. Attorney General Webster remarked that he never prepared to suggeftthat I'ar nell or any other of the nationalist members of parliament were per sonally connected with the mur derous outrages committed in Ire laud. His contention was that they wtrc allied to the people who they knew or who they might t known if they had property in jured, had been for years promin ently connected with murderous outrages.
