Two Boys Engage in a Quarrel and One Kills the Other with a Case Knife. Particulars of a shocking trag edy at Mill Four, near Yaquina City, were received in this city yesterday. On Sunday evening Bud Miiier, aged 14, son of A. J. Miller, and Elmer Wright, aged 17, became engaged in a quarrel, which resulted in the death of the latter. The boys had a quarrel Ihe pre vious Sunday, over some trouble which arose during Sunday school, and came to blows over it. Last Sunday they met after Sunday school, when Miller, who had pro cured a case knife, and had it sharpened for the purpose, ac costed Wright and asked him if he wanted to continue the quarrel of the week before. Few words were spoken and Miller, drawing the knife he had prepared for the oc casion, plurgrd it ii.t Wright's breast. The blow severed an artery of the heart, and he died almost instantly, exclaiming only. "My God! what have you done'" "Miller was arrested and taken to Yaquina City for preliminary ex amination, and W. R. Bilyeu, of this citv, went over as attorney for the defense. The prisoner will no doubt be taken to Corvallis to-day to await trial before the next term of circuit court. K -KK CI FY I l KMS. Ei'ghne, Mav 7. Mr. W. J.
