That the said toll shall be col lected upon the following portion ot said toil road, and not otbei jwise: Commencing at a point j called Deer Crek, about one and ! one-half miles this side of what is known as Lower Soda, in Linn county, Oregon, and running to the eastern boundary of Linn coun ty. The said three cents per head for snaep or hogs is all that shall be collected from any xne- driving hogs or sheep from Linn to Crook, or from Crook to Linn counties.
