Sanderson and family, of Dillards, drove to this city in their own conveyance last Saturday, and from here took tho steamer Dispatch to Bandon to visit his brother, W. C. Sanderson, the merchant. Mr. S. returned to this place and looked about for a business location, finally striking a trade with J. J. Lamb for the lot on the corner near the boat landing, and now laid off and lum ber piled up for a business house. Mr. Sanderson, however, has secured the lot and will proceed to erect a nice 2-story business house, 45x60 feet, to have two store-rooms helow and the upper story to be arranged for offices. YVe have met Mr. San derson, and find him up in the scale as a citizen nnd business man, with means at hand to establish himself.
