U., was held, as pet announcement in Iasi week’s H erald , in the Christian church last Suuday night. It had rained part of the day, and set in to rnin as tho bell rang in the evening, nnd services were being held in two of the town churches, yet the turn-out was fairly good aud the meeting a profitable and pleasant one.
