No tele phonic communication could be called up till a late hour, when at last word came that the Ocean House had burned. We are informed that the loss is total; no insurance known. The house was being prepared for occupancy by Mrs. Majory, having been scrubbed out, and a stove and few other articles placed in the building. The fire is believed to have caught from a “ sagging" of the floor wh»re the stove was in position, cansing the pipe to dis joint and the fire to catch the wood work.
