Colwell and ag inst Antone Obert, for the sum of eighty-six and thirty-nine one hundredth* dollars, ($86 39-100) U. S. Gold Coin, and the further sum of twenty-«ix and forty- five qpe hundredth dollars ($26 45-100) costs. Ako an execution in favor of F. Rose and ».gainst H, E. Uhrlandt, for the sum of two hun dred and twenty-two and fif.y one hundredths dol lars ($222 50-100) U. S.
