20 MAY 1, 2019 Thursday, April 4 • Motorist assist occurred in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. • Suspicious activity reported in the 8500 block of Grand Ronde Road. • Driving complaint received in the area of milepost 1 westbound on Highway 22. • Assist outside agency with an offensive littering complaint in the area of South Lake campground. • Assist outside agency with a noninjury, two-vehicle hit and run crash in the area of milepost 25 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was located in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. After completion of the investiga- tion, the male subject was arrested by Oregon State Police for DUII (alcohol) and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas. • Assist outside agency with a reported disturbance in the 200 block of South- west Hill Drive in Willamina. • Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River High- way. • Assist outside agency with a reported physical altercation in the 200 block of Southwest Hill Drive in Willamina. • Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the area of Southwest Pioneer Drive and Southwest Fir Street in Willamina. Friday, April 5 • Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 9400 block of Grand Ronde Road. • Reported fraud in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. • Driving complaint in the area of milepost 22 eastbound on Salmon River High- way. • Assist outside agency with a driving complaint at milepost 34 westbound on Salmon River Highway. The vehicle was located in the area of milepost 22. Following a traffic stop and further investigation, the female operator was ar- rested for DUII (controlled substances) and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville. • Criminal trespass reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Saturday, April 6 • Assist outside agency with a recovered stolen vehicle in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. • Suspicious activity reported in the area of Big Buck campground. Two subjects were warned for illegal camping and criminal trespass. • Suspicious activity reported in the area of State Route 312 and State Route 312E Agency Creek. Two subjects were warned for unlawful cutting of forest products in a closed area. • Driving complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 22 on Salmon River High- way. • Suspicious activity reported in the area of milepost 18 on Salmon River High- way. Male subject was arrested for disorderly conduct in the second degree and providing false information to a peace officer, and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas. • Reported theft in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. • Assist outside agency with an injury vehicle crash in the area of Southwest Hebo Road and Salmon River Highway. • Assist outside agency with a medical call in the 26800 block of Salmon River Highway. Sunday, April 7 • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. • Suspicious activity reported in the area of Fire Hall Road and Salmon River Highway. • Found property in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 26 on Salmon River High- way. • Assist outside agency with a reported criminal trespass in the 7200 block of Ash Avenue. • Assist outside agency with a traffic stop in the 200 block of Southwest Hill Drive in Willamina. A female subject was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville. • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Southwest Hebo Road. Monday, April 8 • Suspicious activity reported in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road. A male subject was arrested for unlawful possession of methamphet- amine and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas. A female subject was arrested for violating the conditions of her parole and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas. • Citizen contact occurred in the 100 block of Wind River Drive. • Suspicious activity reported in the 100 block of Wind River Drive. • Driving complaint received at milepost 30 westbound on Salmon River High- way. • Suspicious vehicle reported in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road. Wednesday, April 10 • Motorist assist occurred in the area of milepost 24 on Southwest Hebo Road. • Alarm went off in the 47000 block of Southwest Hebo Road. • Reported fraud in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. • Suspicious activity reported in the area of Big Buck campground. • Assist outside agency with a reported shooting in the 25000 block of Logan- berry Road in Sheridan. • Motorist assist performed in the area of milepost 25 on Salmon River Highway. Thursday, April 11 • Assist outside agency with a single-vehicle, noninjury crash in the area of mile- post 24 on Southwest Hebo Road. • Drug complaint received in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. • Assist outside agency with reported criminal trespass in the 28000 block of Andy Riggs Road. • Assist outside agency with a DUII investigation in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. • Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the 300 block of Moriah Lane in Sheridan. • Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the 100 block of West Main Street in Willamina. Saturday, April 13 • Assist outside agency with a burglary in progress in the 14000 block of Rock Creek Road. A male and female subject were arrested on various criminal charges and transported to the Yamhill County Jail in McMinnville by Yamhill County Sheriff’s deputies. • Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the 25000 block of Yamhill River Road. • Assist outside agency with a disabled vehicle in the 29000 block of Salmon River Highway. • Assist outside agency with a suspicious subject in the area of milepost 16 on Salmon River Highway. • Driving complaint reported in the area of milepost 9 westbound on Highway 22. • Follow-up on a previous DUII arrest in the 27000 block of Jahn Road. Male subject was arrested for tampering with a witness and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas. • Traffic stop occurred in the area of milepost 2 on Highway 22. A male subject was arrested for DUII and transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas after providing a breath sample of .12 percent blood alcohol content. • Harassment reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female subject was issued a criminal citation to appear in lieu of custody. • Assist outside agency with a DUII investigation in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Sunday, April 14 • Criminal mischief reported in the 25000 block of Blue Jay Court. • Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. • Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. Monday, April 15 • Suspicious activity reported in the 9600 block of Raven Loop. • Reported assault in the 28000 block of McPherson Road. • Assist outside agency with a truancy issue in the 9500 block of Tilixam Circle. • Criminal trespass reported at Big Buck campground. • Suspicious activity reported in the 23000 block of Salmon River Highway. Tuesday, April 16 • Assist outside agency in the 9100 block of Harmony Road. A male subject was arrested for menacing and unlawful use of a firearm. A second male subject was arrested for criminal trespass. Both subjects were transported to the Polk County Jail in Dallas. • Theft reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. • Assist outside agency with reported suspicious activity in the area of milepost 24 on Salmon River Highway. • Assist outside agency with a reported domestic disturbance in the 19000 block of Highway 22. • Citizen contact occurred in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. Wednesday, April 17 • Alarm went off in the 9600 block of Grand Ronde Road. • Assist outside agency with a traffic stop in the area of milepost 24 on Salmon River Highway. A male subject was arrested for unlawful possession of heroin and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. • Citizen contact occurred in the 100 block of Wind River Drive. • Suspicious activity reported in the 27100 block of Salmon River Highway. A female subject was issued a citation to appear on the criminal charge of disor- derly conduct in the second degree and transported to Salem Hospital by West Valley Fire personnel on a mental health hold.
