BOOK REVIEW: "The Hunger Games" L .Sometime in our future, North America is in ruins. The survivors of an unknown apocalypse have separated themselves into 12 districts, governed by the cruel and distant Capitol. Each year, two teenagers from each district are chosen to participate in a fight to the death on live TV, that only one will walk away from. In "The Hunger Games" by Suzanne Collins, Katniss Everdeen steps forward to take her younger sister's place. What ensues is a thrilling story of survival that will force Katniss to choose between friendship, love and the violence of the Hunger Games. Better than any reality TV series, "The Hunger Games" will keep you turning pages, with a surprise ending you'll never suspect. The Tribal Library has "The Hunger Games" book along with book two, "Catching Fire," and book three, "Mocking Jay," available for check-out. Ad created by George Valdez
