Smoke Signals 5 JULY 15, 2007 UDALL BUS TOUR BRINGS NATIVES TO GRAND RONDE 8,606 miles, 54 days, 26 cities, six national parks, six Native American communities, 13 Udall Scholars and one biodiesel motor coach. It's the Udall Legacy Bus Tour, and it is coming to Grand Ronde on July 24-25, honoring the legacy of Arizona Congressman Morris K. Udall and the ten years that the Udall Foundation has spent promoting public service. Tribal member and 2003 Udall Intern Bryan Mer rier hopes to be on the bus when it comes to Grand Ronde to help with the Tribe's campground development at the new pow-wow grounds by Fort Yamhill State Park. Tribal Youth Soccer Camp Youth from the K-5 Program participated in a soccer camp held on Tuesday, June 1 9.
