JULY 1,2007 Smoke Signals 1 1 2007-2008 Tribal Hunting Tags 2007- 2008 TRIBAL HUNTING APPLICATION RULES The Fish & Wildlife Com mittee will hold its annual tag drawing for Deer, Elk, Bear and all ControlDamage tags on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 5 p.m. at the Natural Resources facility, located at 47010, S.W. Hebo Road, Grand Ronde. APPLICATION RULES: Tribal hunting license are required before submitting applica tions with the exception that Tribal members 1 1 years of age may apply. However they must turn 12 by the start of that hunt and have their Hunter's Safety Certificate. Incomplete or duplicate applica tions will be voided. Tribal members under 18 years of age must possess a valid Hunter Safety Certificate. TRIBAL LICENSES may be ob tained by calling 503-879-2424 to scheduling an appointment. Tribal Enrollment Cards and Hunter Safety certificates (for youth un der 18) arte required at the time of licensing. ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER CATEGORY! Multiple applications will result in ALL APPLICATIONS being in- : r valid for that hunter. CATEGORIES ARE AS FOL LOWS: BEAR ELK (BOW, 1ST Season, 2ND Season) Elk Applicants: Bow tag applicants may also ap ply for either a 1st or 2nd season elk tag. DO NOT APPLY FOR BOTH 1st & 2nd season! Applications will be voided. Bow Applicants: If you are drawn for a bow tag you will no longer be eligible for a 1st or 2nd season tag. CONTROLDAMAGE ELK: You must write the NAME of the hunt you are applying for on your application where it asks for HUNT NAME. (Example: Wind River, West Trask, Pike) CONTROLDAMAGE DOE: Anyone may apply.
