It was a truly special day for the family. g-fiffl G&miEto terns Q-EflJlD September 2006: Rory Haller "I started in 1995 as a dealer in Table Games. I had the op portunity through Spirit Moun tain Casino and the Tribe to have classes and advanced to Table Games Floor Supervisor for one year. With more classes, I was promoted to Table Games Pit Supervisor for another year. After another year of training, I moved up to Table Games Lead Pit and trained for Table Games shift Supervisor. I remained at Shift Supervisor until 2002. In 2002 1 moved departments to VIP Services as a Casino Host. Being a VIP host, I deal with the customers and get a chance to meet and talk to them. When you deal with so many people it is fun and doing the job is fun. As of 2005, I became the Executive Host of VIP Services. As Executive Host I can help our guests with any problems that they may have. If the guests have problems and we can resolve the problems, it feels good. We help our VIP players with lodging and meals. We also take our guests to off-site events that our players really enjoy. I take great pride in my work and I like making sure that the guests are taken care of properly. This way, Spirit Mountain will always remain the Number One tourist destination in the State of Oregon. Note from Sam Henny, Tribal DevelopMentor: "Rory is a true model for customer service. He comes to work everyday shiny, pressed and wearing a smile. The smile is always accompanied with a very recognizable laugh much to our guests' appreciation. Rory has been with us since opening, and took his career in steps, getting the training he needed and taking his job seriously. He is dependable, reliable, and always appears to be having a great day! We need more people like him!" rr Lot 3 Grand Meadows DESCRIPTION: This 1998 Marlette home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 20' X 30' Patio, gar den space, land scaped yard.
