I have been employed at Spirit Mountain since August, 2003. I was hired in Cor porate Finance as a Payroll Assistant and was promoted to a Payroll Specialist af ter just three months. I transferred to the Executive Department as the Inventory Systems Administrator and then in July of 2005 I moved to the position of Transportation Coordinator in the Marketing Department. I am very happy in my current position. It is a great feeling know ing I can assist Elders as well as others with transportation to get to a great place to eat, play games, visit friends and have fun. That's what Spirit Mountain is all about! To see our guests come in with their families and enjoy themselves is a real treat for me. My neighboring co-worker says I am good at talking to upset people. I calm them down and then we have a real conversation. My manager says I am great at multi-tasking and following through. My on-going goal is to continue cutting unnecessary cost in the Transportation Program and to do everything I can to better the program for our guests. My assignment in my Career Development class was to state what my reputation is. My reputation is that I have a sparkling personal ity with a contagious smile that will brighten anyone's day. This is according to my manager, James Buxman. I am very proud to say I work for Spirit Mountain Casino. We are a very giving organization and we are just a great bunch of people!"
