PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO GAMING ORDINANCE OPEN FOR COMMENT The Tribal Council, in consultation with the Finance Division and the Tribal Attorney's Office, has proposed an amendment to the Gaming Ordinance. The first reading of the proposed amendment was made at the April 5, 2006, Tribal Council Meeting. The proposed amendment omits certain language from Section (f) of the Gaming Ordinance. Section (f) of the Ordinance currently requires that "at least ten percent (10) of net revenues after debt service shall be allocated to Tribal endowments for increased health care benefits, education, and housing. The Finance Officer shall make this calculation at the end of the first quarter after the end of each full year of operation." The proposed amendment de letes the following language from Section (f): "for increased health care benefits, education, and housing."
