"Native people have always managed their resources wisely, whether it was catching the salmon, harvest ing camas root, or hunting deer. First Nations Development Insti tute and the Fannie Mae Foundation have developed a curriculum which is designed to help Native communities and their members adapt their traditional skills to the wise management of financial resources." As you work through the participant guide, you will learn about: Building a healthy economy Developing a spending plan Working with checking and savings accounts Understanding credit and your credit report . Accessing credit Whether you want to start a business, buy a home, or pay off debt, personal financial literacy is a first step to gaining control over your financial future. STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS with Proposal For Con struction of Family Community Sewer Construction Project NOTICE TO GENERAL CONTRACTORS Grand Ronde Tribal Housing Authority (Authority) in Grand Ronde, Oregon is located 33 miles west of Salem, Oregon. This isa request for DesignBuild Bid. General Contractor's(GC) re sponses to this request will be used to identify the most qualified contractors to negotiate a contract. The Project is to design and construct a Membrane Bioreactor Equip ment (MBR) sewage treatment plant in necessary phases to process a future sewage design flow of 250,000 gpd meeting the parameters discussed in the SOQP packet. This will be one site of approximately 0.5 acre located on a 20-acre parcel in the Grand Ronde community situated within Polk County. The project will be for the development of a sewer treatment facility for a family housing campus using Con federated Tribes of Grand Ronde (Tribal) funds. : ; GC's wishing to be considered must request a Qualification Packet as provided by the Authority and respond to the require ments put forth therein.
