Youth Education Zoo Trip June 27, 2005 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Contact Janel at 503-879-2101 to sign upl Native Wellness Institute Invitational Culture Camp June 28-30, 2005 Come join Native Youth from many Tribes in this event ful three-day Culture Camp. All participants will camp at Grand Ronde for two nights. This event is for 8th 12th grade Tribal youth. Limited space is available. New Library Hours Effective June 15, 2005: Monday - Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Thursday & Friday: 8 a.m. - 5: p.m. (closed Friday Noon 1 p.m.) Saturday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, June 25 Noon - 1:30: An Activity Center will be set up for children ages 5 -10 years old. A different activity will be offered each 4th Saturday of the month at the Tribal Library. Monday, June 27 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.: Book Club meeting. We will be selecting a new theme for the reading club for the summer months. This book club is for adults. Book club meetings are held on the 2nd Saturday of the month from noon 1 p.m. and on the 4th Monday of the month from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. The Library will sponsor Summer Program activities beginning in July. A schedule of activities will be posted in the July 1 issue of Smoke Signals. Activities will include: an individual reading incen tive program for children & youth ages 5 to 12; Teen Advisory Council to the Library activities & 'Teen Cafe.'
