Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m 4:30 Approximately 14 weeks, starting week of June 13, 2003 Duties: Supervise and provide leadership to a seven-person sum mer youth work crew for eight weeks and assist the Fish & Wildlife Department for four to six weeks. Youth crew projects may include stream restoration and enhancement, trail and park maintenance and construction, native tree plantings, forest inventory, or other natural resource and community projects. Qualifications: Desire to work with youth and in natural resources. Must be in good physical condition and be able to work in rugged outdoor terrain. Experience in the proper use of hand tools. Requirements: Work boots, valid Oregon Driver's License, safe driving record. Must successfully complete pre-employment back ground check and drug test. Closing date: Friday May 23, 2003. We will be assisting youth in appropriately filling out an employment application and giving helpful tips on interviewing.
