JULY 15, 2001 Smoke Signals 11 Lost Tribal Members with Trust Funds The Office of Trust Funds Manage ment (OTFM) is responsible for man aging trust funds for Individual In dian Money (IIM) Account Holders and is working on a project to locate IIM Account Holders that they have lost contact with for one reason or another. This is a list of account holders from the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde that are currently in Where abouts Unknown status. These individuals must complete the required forms, which can be ob tained from any OTFM office, or they can call 1-888-OST-OTFM, and en ter the first three digits of their ac count number, which is 141, for fur ther information. Recent Nanitch Sahallie Graduation Nanitch Sahallie graduated 13 young ladies on June 29 for completing the intensive alcohol and drug abuse recovery program. An estimated atten dance of 75 family and friends participated in the graduation ceremony. Workers have replaced part of the roof and put up new siding. $50,000 "Fight For Your Rights" Leadership Scholarship If you are a student leader committed to social change, you may be eligible for a $50,000 scholarship. Five student leaders will receive a "Fight For Your Rights" Leadership Scholarship. The funds will go to ward each student's education, with an emphasis on the continuation of their anti-discrimination and social justice work. Applicants must be be tween the ages of 16 and 24, and enrolled full-time as a high school se nior or college undergraduate.
