PAGE.- 2 CONGRATULATIONS BULLDOGS GENERAL MANAGER'S REPORT Beginning the month of April, and thereafter, the enrollment and fish and wildlife staff will be Issuing tribal identification cards, and licenses. As part of this process we are also conducting an assessment of tribal needs and priorities. This process should take only a few minutes of time for- each individual to complete. The benefits of this process for future planning and program de velopment are tremendous. With the results of this infor mation, we will be able to iden tify the types of existing services tribal members are us ing, and to what extent; priori tize those services, and plan for the development of services and programs which members feel are important. Additionally, we will be able to determine the types of economic development projects tribal mem bers are interested in pursuing as individuals, and in which direction the membership would like the tribal economic devel opment effort to go. We hope this-tribal identifica 7, tion and assessment effort will not inconvenience any one, and we appreciate your . patience , in helping us through this process. We have established a schedule of places, and times for this process throughout, the service area, in addition to a regular schedule for this activity in our office.
