Hillman is appointed to the commission for the off-reservation non-mem- ber position; and alternate is: Wilson Wewa, Jr.; and That the Ad Hoc Judicial Nominating Commission is hereby directed to sub- mit the names of the top three candidates for the position of Associate Judge of the Tribal Court to the Tribal Council for its review and consider- ation. To be presented in May, with amendments. · Adoption List – Vital Stats: Motion by Alvis adopt- ing Resolution 13,237, that the names set forth in the list attached as Ex- hibit ‘A’ to this resolution are hereby approved as eligible to be submitted to the tribal membership for a vote in an adoption election conducted as a Tribal Elec- tion under Ordinance No. 44, for the purpose of vot- ing to determine whether any of the persons whose names are set forth in the list attached as Exhibit ‘A’ should be adopted as mem- ber of the Tribe; By the Tribal Council that at least 50 percent of the members entitled to vote in such elec- tion shall be required to vote, and that in order to be adopted, an individual must receive a majority vote of the qualified vot- ers in such election; That the Adoption Election called for in this Resolution shall take plan on the 30 th of June, 2025.
