First, remember to return your overdue library books so others can enjoy them, and encourage others to do the same. We do not charge late fees for returning items late. More than 600 books are overdue at this time, and we cannot begin to replace them all. I f yoùr contact informa tion has changed since get ting your library card, please update us. I f you’ve lost or damaged a library item, please arrange to pay for it. W eaccept only cash or money orders in the exact amount. We do n ot ac cept other books or items in exchange for payment. T he Bookmobile service to Simnasho has stopped for the winter. We will resume service in front o f Three Warriors Mar ket starting in March. We will update you on the schedule before then. The checkout limit and du ration have been increased. You can now check out three items for 30 days. O ur public computers are first come-first serve. ' You are limited, to one ho u r on the com puters, if other people are waiting to use them. We also have free Wi-Fi. I O ur public printer is out o f order at this time. A call for local artwork The National Indian E du cation Association is seeking artw ork for the 2015 co n vention and trade show. The association (NIECA) is holding its Forth-Sixth An nual convention on October 14-17 in Portland. N IE A is seeking local, Na- . tive artists to provide the art work to build, out the theme for this year’s Convention. The them e is, “Building Education N ations through Traditional Foundations,” For the artwork, within the scope o f the them e, N IE A will b e focusing on innova tion, creativity, ârid culture. The selected artwork will be featured in marketing ma terials including website ban n ers, m em b er a n n o u n c e ments, advertising, program cover, on-site signage, tote bag imprint, and other related marketing materials. The winning artist will be provided a com plim entary vendor b o o th space at the 2015 trade show. With the artwork featured in the convention’s marketing materials, there will be broad exposure o f the winning sub mission.
