Spiiyay Tymoo, Warm Springs, Oregon Page 2 May 29, 2013 Claim vehicles from impound lot by June 21 The Warm Springs Po lice Department is inform ing all tribal members that all unclaimed vehicles at the im pound lot are going to be processed, leaned and sold/ I f you have a vehicle at the lot, you have until June 21 to make contact w ith the police d ep art m e n t, and arran g e to make payments to retrieve ypur vehicle. • The payment m ust be in full with a money order for the sum o f $225, pay able to the Warm Springs Police D epartm ent. The paym ent is to cover the tow bill, which otherwise is charged to the police de partment budget. You must retrieve your vehicle by 4 p.m. on June 21. You will need to have proof o f ownership to get any vehicle out o f the im Sock Hop next week The Warm Springs Native Aspirations Coalition will host a Sock H op on Wednesday, June 5 from 5-7 p.m. behind the Community'Center. There will be a limbo con test, hoola hoop contest, and shuffling contest. This is an alcohol-, to bacco- and drug-free event. G etting the ve hicle removed from the lot is the responsibility o f the vehicle owner. To anyone retrieving a vehicle from the lot: You will need licensed driver, if the vehicle is drivable. I f you have a vehicle in the impound lot because o f probate, please get with the P ro b ate D e p artm en t and have them make arrange m ents to have the vehicle moved to Probate’s lot. A ny vehicles left after June 21 will be leaned and sold. They will be sold out o f the Central Oregon area. I f you have a vehicle that has been seized, or to ensure your appearance in tribal, state or federal court, please go see Prosecution and bring a judgm ent order releasing your vehicle. Keep in mind, just because your vehicle has been released, you are still responsible for the tow fee which has been set at the flat rate o f $225 . per vehicle.
