BEDDING: MEDICATION: If you are on medications, please bring enough to last th e entire tim e you will be a t camp, also ALL MEDICATON brought to camp m ust be delivered to the Medical Person upon arrival. There will be a certified nurse in camp th e entire week o f camp. If you are allergic to bee stings please inform the medical person as soon as you arrive also if you have brought a bee sting kit. Parents: Please send your camper w ith an O utdoor sleeping bag or bedroll w ith extra blankets and a pillow. Sleeping bags designed fo r indoor use will n o t be warm enough at Peters pasture. People w hether it be camp s ta ff or stud ent campers, if you have allergies you need to bring your medica tions and n o tify Camp Medical Person. TOILETRIES: Will be kept fo r a few days a fte r Camp Naimuma ends. From the tim e th e y arrive to class, Ichishkiin Lan guage is spoken by our Instructors. During our firs t year o f class and our firs t group o f • students learned about , 2 8 0 + words/phrases. Language was ta u g h t in all activities, th e y learned and identified: Numbers, Colors, Seasons, Days o f th e Week, Facial Body Parts, Body Parts, Animals, Safety in th e home, o u t doors, Com mands, outdoor walks th e y identified tree, stick, rock, road,, Indoor play, meal tim e th e y learned the • Table Song, names o f foods, eating utensils, plates, cups, sang children songs in Ichishkiin Lan guage, Tribes Social Dances and songs, th e y w ent Root Digging, we had a Traditional Feast fo r the Students and th e students served all th e foods, During the teaching pro cess, th e y work w ith Small Motor, Gross Motor, The Ichishkiin Language Instructors have been preparing fo r th e next school year, g e ttin g Les son Plans ready, g e ttin g our class room ready.
