Financial skills for families The tribal Credit Enterprise is offering a class teaching finan cial skills for families. Fisherman cited in Marshall subsistence protest ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) ?» A city police officer in Marshall has been ticketed for illegal fish ing in a summer protest o f sub sistence fishing restrictions. (AP) - Fed eral officials released the first surge o f water from a Fresno- area dam to reawaken miles o f the San Joaquin River and re store salmon runs that w ent dry in the 1940s.
