The defendant pleaded guilty ,1o the charge of concealing itolen property which consisted of an ,auto wheel and tire reported stolen in Salem. He waived pre liminsry hearing on the second charge and was bound over to Aht grand jury. ' Bail was set at ,11500. ; ' The second charge accuses the i defendant of keeping an automo bile belonging to the Chevrolet agency for several days without 'consent of the owner. Lebanon Woman Cancer Leader LEBANON Appointed Linn County commander of the Ameri can Cancer society is Mrs. Wen dell Gronso of Lebanon. She is now in charge of all cancer education and information in the county. Mrs. Clarence Conner, past com mander, is working with Gronso. "Volunteer workers are needed. Available are movels and speak ers from the society, as well as assistance in the form of ban dages, rides and other courtesies lor cancer victims. Richards New PP&LExec ALBANY Appointment of Eric G.
