The Motion Picture Assn. of America volunteered its statement to a judiciary subcommittee on constitutional rights, which has not scheduled testimony on censorship. The statement said "constitu tional guaranty of freedom of ex pression has been seriously erod ed" by recent Supreme Court's decisions. Collision Kills 10 in Nebraska WATERBURY, Neb. I A head on collision, believed to have been the worst in Nebraska highway history, snuffed' out 10 lives last night those of six teen-agers and four musicians. Col. C. J. Sanders, head of the Nebraska safety patrol, said he could recall no other accident tak ing so many lives. The teen-agers were returning to their farm homes near Ponca. The state safety patrol said a front tire apparently blew out. Their car rammed head on into one carrying tne musicians, bound lor an en gagement at Norfolk, Neb. The car carrying lour members of the Jimmy Palmer orchestra, James E.
