Binegar and Ray Ward, and shooting of a calf and a subsequent highway accident. State police and sheriff's deputies said they were called to the scene of a one-car accident early Sunday morning. At the scene they found Allen Howard Spiccr and Russell Solle, the wrecked vehicle and the skinned-out carcass of a calf. Police said Spiccr and Solle ad- milted that one of them had shot the calf but it was by mistake they said.
