Bolie innocent ny jury Pair Nabbed For Attacking Girl, Age 13 Officers from the Marion County sheriff's office and the Salem police department were in Roscburg to day to take custody of two men charged with the criminal attack of a 13-vear-old Salem girl. Daniel Haller, 19, and Arthur Davis Huddleston, 24, were arrest ed by Douglas County shcrilf's deputies Tuesday shortly after the Marion County sheriffs office notified the Douglas authorities tliat the two men were believed to be on a bus traveling from Alhnnv tn California. The two men were accused of attacking the girl September 5 alter they induced her to enter their auto near the Salem by pass as the girl was returning home from a movie. The young men were learned to have embarked on the bus after police questioned Fred V. Fowler, 27. of '373 Washington Street, who police said admitted taking the two men to Albany to catch a bus.
