Robert Hibbert was best man for his brother, and ushers were David Jabusch of Fortuna, Calif., Floyd Stuck, Palmer Byrkit of Sheridan and John Woods, brother of the bride from Bend. MOLALLA A group of Mololla women went out to dinner Thurs day night, in observance of the birthdays of two of the group who eat together most every day. A birthday cake honored Mrs. Hazel Perry and Mrs. Inez Lantz at the dinner served at Shattuc s Chateau, Salem. Enjoying the evening together with Mrs. Perry and Mrs. Lantz were Mrs. Gladys B. Olsen, Mrs, Mildred Harless, Mrs. Corrinnc Gayncr and Mrs. Golda Edmond son. TURNER Annual homecoming for the Turner School group will be in the Turner elementary school building next Sunday, June 26, a non-host event planned. Each family attending is take a picnic basket. The ice cream and cof fee will be furnished. Reeder-Wallace SHERIDAN Miss Bonnie Louise Wallace, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Wallace of Port Orford, formerly of Sheridan, and Harry Cromwell Reeder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harmon Reeder Sr., of Day ton, were married Sunday, June 12, in a 3 p.m. ceremony at the Methodist churh here. The Rev. Harvey DeVries of Portland, for merly of Sheridan, read the double ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white Chantilly lace dress with a bouf fant nylon net over satin skirt. A lace cap held the illusion veil in place. The bride carried a cascade bouquet of white roses and stepha notis. , Miss Erna Faye Hutchins of Portland was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Miss Laurcen Hadlcy, Miss Rebecca Reeder and Miss Evie Tarcm. They all wore light orchid ballerina length frocks and carried bouquets of white car nations and lilies of the valley. Best man was Walter Reeder, and ushers were LaMont Mat thews, William Sherman and Jer ry Allen. Little Susan and Julie Ottele of Sheridan, nieces of the bride, were flower girls. RUMMAGE Daughters of Nile Club is Entertained DALLAS Mrs. Tracy Staats was hostess of the Dallas Daugh ters of the Nile club, Thursday, at her home when the group met for a 1 o clock luncheon. Mrs. Irene Adam was assisting host ess. Following the luncheon Mrs. Paul Johnson, president, con ducted the business meeting with Mrs. J. F. Spooner acting as tem porary secretary. Discussed was the annual Mary's Peak Trek in August, plans for which are al ready underway with the funds to go to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children. Members of the Corvallis, Al bany and Newport Nile clubs will be invited to be the guests of the Dallas club at a no-host lunch eon at the home of Mrs. George Kurre, July 14, when final plans for the Trek will be completed. Miss McCall and Wayne Schultz are to be married at Portland Central Lutheran church, Wed nesday evening, in an 8:30 o'clock ceremony. Among relatives to attend from Silverton will be Mrs. Holden, her brother, E. Jay McCall, and her niece, Miss Muriel Benson. SILVERTON Sam Lorcnzen, a representative from the States in Guam, with the B. P. M. Con struction Co., is in Oregon to visit with relatives and friends in Silverton and Portland 'and to attend to business matters. Mrs. Lorenzen, who has been on the island of Guam with her husband for the past two and a half years, arrived in Silverton by Pan American a fortnight ago and with Mr. Lorenzen is a guest at the home of his sister. Miss Ruth Lorenzen, of South Water street. Also spending several weeks vacation in Silverton is another former local couple, Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Fisher (Elaine Clowcr) ot Nyac, Alaska. MOLALLA A birthday party was given recently for Helen Ann Gladwin, who was 13, and for Ralph Lee Gladwin, who was 10 years old. There were 22 present for a wiener roast in the city park. Their mother, Mrs. Elinor Gladwin, arranged the party. Mrs. Neil Frack of Sheridan. The couple is at home in Seat tle, after a honeymoon trip to the beach. The chil dren presented a program fea turing a demonstration of games and a puppet show, "The Surprise Doll." Following the program re freshments were served to the girls. During the business meeting of the temple Mrs. Dave Moscr, most excellent chief, presiding, plans were made for the official visit of the grand chief of Pythi an listers, Mrs. Ruby Zacher of itecimoncl, Thursday, June 23. A no-host dinner will proccde the meeting in celebrating birthdays. Initiation will also be conducted.
