Froien Spinach and Crab Heat Casserole 1 package frozen spinach I cup crab meat 1 can tomato paste . 1 cup prepared soar cream J: teaspoon nutmeg Vi pound sharp cheese, grated v.t cup diced onion ; 1 teaspoon salt ' Following package direction's, eook spinach for just 1 minute; drain well. Combine all ingred fonts with drained spinach and place in 2-quart casserole. Heat In oven. Temperature. 350. Time, 20 to 30 minutes. Amount, 4 to 6 servings. Method: Cook rice according to directions on package. Melt but ter or margarine over low heat; tir in curry powder and salt. Dissolve gelatine over hot water. Blend Camembert and Roquefort cheese together until smooth. Beat in Worcestershire sauce and egg yolk. Add dissolved gelatine. Beat egg white until stiff. Whip cream. tFold egg white and whipped i cream into cheese mixture. Four into a 1-pint mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto platter and surround with crisp crackers or salty rye bread slices.
