Road Requested to Open Subdivision Dedication of a strip of land approximately one block in length for public road purposes is being sought by Abrams & Skinner for the purpose of open ing up a sub-division in the vi cinity of Ellis and Park ave nues. The firm has already develop ed a section between Evergreen and Park avenues and in a con ference with the county court Thursday it developed that the owner of the block in question is not willing to have the road opened through his property.
